Fees and Charging
Our services are free of charge to consumers in cases of dispute involving businesses to consumers contracts.
We also offer a free service to individuals and employees.
The information set out below is for businesses and organisations who have to pay our charges.
Where a claim is made by a consumer against a business or organisation, the business or organisation will pay an annual fee based on the size of the business or organisation:

Claims that involve both a claim for monetary compensation and a review any decisions involving personal data the business or organisation will pay an additional 20% on the applicable annual fee.
Where a consumer asks us to settle dispute on a provisional basis during the duration of a long term supply contract (such as a building contract) the business or organisation will pay a fee of £100.00.
Where an individual asks for us to review any decisions taken by a business or organisation involving their personal data, the business or organisation will pay a fee of £250.00.
Where an Appeal is lodged by an employee against the decision of an employer, the business or organisation will pay a fee of £200.00.
Hearing of an Appeal by an employee against the decision of an employer £750.00.
Where a complaint of misconduct is made against a member, the club or association will pay a fee of £200.00.
Hearing of a complaint of misconduct against a member, the club or association will pay a fee of £750.00.
Appeal against a parking fine from a Parking Authority, the Parking Authority will pay a fee of £250.00.
The fees set out above are subject to variation where the payee enters into a prior authorized fee arrangement.
