Making a Claim

Our jurisdiction arises from an agreement between the parties. It is therefore important for any party intending to refer any dispute to us to contact us as soon as possible.

Most claims will be started on receipt of the correct form available for download from our Forms webpage.

If you are a Consumer with a claim against a Trader go to our Forms webpage and download form Claim 1. This should be completed and returned to us. We need you to fill out our claim form and provide us with copies of any relevant documentation.

If you are a Trader responding to a claim against you go to our Forms webpage and download form Response 1. This should be completed and returned to us.

Contact us if you are not sure how to begin a claim or what form to use or if you require a paper copy of any form.

All forms may be completed and submitted to us by email to registrar@londonarbitrationcentre.com

Alternatively you can post your completed forms to us at:

If you are an individual we will not accept a claim submitted online unless submitted with form GDPR1.

On receipt of a claim by us, we will perform a conflict check to ensure that there is nothing that might interfere with the just determination of any claim by reason of any existing or previous claim dealt with by us.

Once the claim has been accepted, we will contact all parties. The process and procedure will depend upon the circumstances of the case. The dispute will be resolved by us in the United Kingdom by an ADR official based in the United Kingdom.
