About Us

Established in 2018, LAC is a consumer dispute resolution centre that aims to provide a quick and efficient resolution process as an alternative to the long and tedious court procedure.  LAC is an official Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body approved by the Chartered Institute of Trading Standards (CTSI). This means that for consumers, it aims for a fast and fair outcome, while for businesses and organisations, it aims to protect their reputations by promoting best practice.

Our services are free of charge to the consumer.
