If you have an unresolved claim against a trader, you can start the resolution procedure by filling out the claim form below. Please also attach any supporting documents that will defend your claim.
Please note: A trader is NOT required to be a member of our ADR scheme for a claim to be made against them.
Before submitting your claim, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must have already made a complaint to the trader
- You are not complaining against discrimination, violation of data protection, fraud, or property damage
- You are based in the UK
- You have read and understood our rules and procedures (these can be found on our 'Rules and Procedures' page)
- You agree to abide by London Arbitration Centre's final decision
On your claim form, you must include:
- Proof and date of your complaint to the trader
- A copy of your ADR letter if you have it, including the issue date
- Any documents related to your claim, including any correspondence with the trader
