If you have an unresolved claim against a trader, you can start the resolution procedure by filling out the claim form below. Please also attach any supporting documents that will support your claim.

Please note: A trader is NOT required to be a member of our ADR scheme for a claim to be made against them.

• You must have already made a complaint to the trader
• You are not complaining against discrimination, violation of data protection, fraud, or property damage
• You are based in the UK 
• You have read and understood our scheme rules (these can be found on our 'Scheme Rules' page)
• You agree to abide by London Arbitration Centre's final decision

• Proof and date of your complaint to the trader
• A copy of your ADR letter if you have it, including the issue date 
• Any documents related to your claim, including any correspondence with the trader
